4. Email data
DYNOBOX connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud) to display and organise your email. Your email content is processed to power features like smart categories and AI summaries. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for advertising purposes. Email data is processed in transit and is never stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
5. AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant email content may be sent to a large language model (LLM) provider for processing. If you use “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK), your chosen provider’s privacy policy applies to that processing. Local model workflows, where available, keep processing on your device.
6. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Update-list emails are retained until you unsubscribe or you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@dynobox.ai.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
