DYNOBOX connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud) to display and organise your email. Your email content is processed to power features like smart categories and AI summaries. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for advertising purposes. Email data is processed in transit and is never stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

5. AI processing

When you use AI features, relevant email content may be sent to a large language model (LLM) provider for processing. If you use “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK), your chosen provider’s privacy policy applies to that processing. On the Pro tier, data is processed by our selected LLM partner under a data processing agreement.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Waitlist emails are retained until the beta programme concludes or you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@dynobox.ai.
