DYNOBOX (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-native email client currently in private beta. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Email address when you join the beta waitlist
- Account credentials when you sign up for early access
- Usage data and preferences within the app to improve your experience
- Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve the DYNOBOX service
- Send you updates about your beta access and product news
- Respond to your support requests and feedback
- Analyse usage patterns to improve performance and features
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Email data
DYNOBOX connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud) to display and organise your email. Your email content is processed to power features like smart categories and AI summaries. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for advertising purposes. Email data is processed in transit and is never stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
5. AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant email content may be sent to a large language model (LLM) provider for processing. If you use “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK), your chosen provider’s privacy policy applies to that processing. On the Pro tier, data is processed by our selected LLM partner under a data processing agreement.
6. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Waitlist emails are retained until the beta programme concludes or you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@dynobox.ai.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dynobox.ai.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify beta users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
