1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DYNOBOX (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to the private beta programme and will be updated prior to general availability.
2. Beta programme
DYNOBOX is currently in private beta. The Service is provided “as is” during this period. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to terminate beta access at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your access with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other malicious communications
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Access the Service through automated means without prior written permission
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of your data, including your emails. By connecting email accounts you grant DYNOBOX a limited licence to access and process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
6. AI features
AI-generated outputs (summaries, drafts, categorisations) are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. DYNOBOX is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
7. Intellectual property
The DYNOBOX name, logo, and all related software are owned by DYNOBOX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYNOBOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
